As shown by this year’s Max Creality League, Creality is working incredibly hard to inspire and encourage makers of all backgrounds in countries like Brazil, giving them access to low-price hardware and the all-important knowledge to use it. But what is the Max Creality League and what role has Creality played in its success?
What Is the São Paulo Max Creality League?
The São Paulo Max Creality League was an eSports event that took place in November and December 2022. Players from across Brazil came to Max Arena to compete in a grueling tournament of Free Fire; a popular mobile battle royale game.
3200 eSports teams took part in this 2022 event, all competing to win a share of the impressive 120,000 BRL prize pool for the event. Max Creality League also provided the company with a chance to show off its latest products and new developments, including a 3D printer that aims to specifically meet the needs of gamers.
Who Won Max Creality League 2022?
Out of the 3200 teams participating in the event, just three walked away with major prizes. Medellin FLA won first prize taking home 70,000 BRL and a beautiful 3D-printed trophy to commemorate their victory.
Team Sacola came second in the tournament, while Team Weedzao came in third place. These teams also received a prize, and all of the others that took part got to benefit from the exposure and experience of the event.
The Max Creality League Product Showcase
Thanks to the Max Creality League being held as a face-to-face event, it was possible for Creality to use the opportunity to show off some of its products. Visitors at the event found themselves with the opportunity to try Creality’s latest products for themselves, with 3D printers available in the main hall of Max Arena. Visitors could print their own action figures and other memorabilia.
Starting at 10 AM on the day of the Max Creality League finals, Victor Pruner, Sales Manager of Creality in Brazil, presented a speech to celebrate eSports and the strengthening connection between gaming and 3D printing.
The Creality Ender-3 S1 Pro
The new Ender-3 S1 Pro was Creality’s main 3D printer focus at the event. Providing auto-leveling, 300°C nozzle temperatures, and a range of cutting-edge features to ensure easy printing every time, this printer is great for gamers who want to turn on their printer and forget about it.
Other New Creality Product Launches for Brazil
Alongside a speech highlighting the new Ender-3 S1 Pro, Victor Pruner gave another speech at the end of the finals to congratulate the winners, thank the participants, and provide more information about the company’s up-and-coming product releases in Brazil.
Creality has a busy year ahead, with numerous launches on the way for some of the brand’s most anticipated products in Brazil. This includes the following.
Ender-5 S1: Creality’s new flagship consumer-grade 3D printer. Sermoon D3: An industrial-grade 3D printer with a small footprint. Klipper-Integrated Sonic Pad: A device that can speed up your 3D prints without hurting print quality. CR-Laser Falcon Laser Engraver: A laser-based desktop engraver with a small footprint. CR-M4: A high-end, large-format 3D printer with blistering print speeds and loads of advanced features.
These products will be launching over the coming months, so it’s worth checking out the Creality Portuguese website to make sure that you don’t miss out.
The Max Creality League and the Metaverse/AR
Alongside being the main sponsor of the Max Creality League event, Creality also teamed up with Max Arena to create an engaging AR app for the event called Max Experience. The app is available on both Android and iOS.
Each visitor received a special pack containing a logo mousemat. When scanned with the Max Experience AR app, users are presented with three AR 3D models of Creality’s popular 3D printers to interact with.
Coupled with the widespread steaming of the Max Creality League, this shows that Creality is working to integrate its work with the metaverse, providing users with unique experiences that meld the physical and digital world with AR. As this technology improves, Creality will be able to push its use even further.
Creality 3D Printing and Competitive Gaming in Brazil
Competitive gaming and 3D printing are two interests that are traditionally separate, but Creality seeks to change this. The Max Creality League was a great opportunity to introduce gamers to 3D printers that suit their needs, enabling them to expand their hobby and their skills while having loads of fun in the process.
It’s hard to argue with the success of this event. More than 500 people attended the finals in person, and a staggering 350,000 tuned in to watch the event online. Creality has a presence in almost 200 countries across the world, and we hope that the brand continues to inspire new makers to embrace the fun of 3D printing and gaming.
